Adam grew up in Frederick County and his passion and knowledge for the community and surrounding areas is transparent in every transaction he is fortunate enough to take part in. Adam was interested in real estate and architecture from a young age and he has been taught about the ins and outs of the real estate industry over the years by his father, Harold Ellison, a real estate broker in Tennessee. This combined with his degree in marketing and extensive work experience in the financial sector has given Adam an in-depth grasp of what it takes to deliver exceptional service to his clients.
He is a member of several organizations including the Maryland Association of Realtors, Frederick County Association of Realtors, and the Metropolitan Regional Information System. In his first nine years in the industry, Adam has represented buyers and sellers in over $60m in real estate transactions. Adam has been named senior sales manager of a 150-unit townhome revitalization project with responsibilities ranging from scheduling, marketing campaign creation and implementation, and contract facilitation. Adam has also worked closely with his business partner, Mike Muren, representing several custom luxury homebuilders in the Frederick area with responsibilities ranging from lot acquisition, home design, construction consulting and settlement. Adam is a member of the Premier Group of Long & Foster and Christie’s International Real Estate and has been named Salesperson of the Month several times over the course of his career.
